My Story

The word people use lovingly to describe me is quirky. From a young age I dance to a beat of a drum no one else really heard. I spent my 20's leaning into and embracing my differences and really growing into my individuality.

For 14 years I was an emergency operator and dispatcher. I held space for people on their worst days of their life and was the puppeteer that got them the right kind of help and made the difference between life and death. In one role I wore so many hats.

Life took a sharp turn and I had a health crisis. I kept hearing from my doctor to wait and pray because we were out of treatment options. Eventually it got to the point I was miserable, and my thoughts were not good, and I came to the realization that I had to find a way to be happy with my new reality. So I started to dive back into mindset work that I started before my health tanked.

It feels miraculous, but my health improved. And just a little over a year I went from being in an extreme amount of pain and bedridden to being able to hike again and do normal things like sit and enjoy a meal with a friend.  Each time I do something that a short time ago I wasn't able to do I am still in awe that it is happening.

My mindset work eventually lead me down a spiritual journey that I'm still exploring and expanding. I find it funny that as a teen I kept trying to find faith and a connection to a higher power, but I wouldn't find it till 20 years later as I'm working on my own self development.

With so many life improvements I associate directly with mindset work, I am a huge advocate and want to help people on their journey of self-development and find happiness in their life. I love that coaching is a career that I can still hold space for people. That was the one thing I was most proud of in my career in public safety was helping people.

Because of the discovery of spirituality, I got back into doing card readings and exploring my subtle sensitivities, a term I like better than psychic because it has a more evidence based approach and implies a range to people's gifts. I received a message that I needed to share this gift of mine and that is why I also offer readings.
